Reporting directly to
the Director of Casino Marketing, the Business Development Manager/ Executive will act as the
acquisition and relationship sales marketing arm for VIP/VVIP customers in a
key market.
Candidates should be results driven, with skills in building and leveraging a
powerful internal and external network.
The Player Development Executive will establish connections with customers to
drive business to casino properties.
You will be well informed about the marketplace, our industry and competition,
and be confident in your ability to meet goals set forth by the management
team.
The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated and
entrepreneurial, and committed to personalizing interactions to drive
performance.

Essential Job Functions including the following but other duties may be

Responsible for
targeting, developing, and assessing new business relationships

Effectively delivers
required sales targets

Maintains relationships
with VIP/VVIP guests through personal contact by phone and in person with the
ultimate goal of increasing business

Creative thought in
developing a wide customer base

Assists with execution
of special events
·
Fully complies with all
applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with
highest levels of integrity and honesty.

Complies with and upholds
company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures,
industry regulations, department goals and business strategy.

Responsible for working
effectively as a collaborative team player.

Acts as host for guests
through personal contact by phone and in person. Greets guests upon
check-in/check-out and anticipates guest needs and quickly responds to requests
for arranging accommodation and transportation.
· Ensures growth of gaming revenues of players by building lasting relationships with guests and representatives while utilizing marketing techniques that encourage both play consolidation and increased trip visitation.
